Difficult to navigate. I have an android phone and purchase some kindle books. You can easily navigate using the search function. It gives good clear examples of what do document or the highlights of it. This is a great deal for students to use as a supplemental text that is easy on the budget.

This little guide has wonderful examples of the most common documenting that nurses do. It is very helpful when you get "writer's block" while documenting.

Please do not waste your money on this book. I had it and found it to be a waste of money and at that time I only paid $15.00 for it. Now I see it listed for over $200 plus dollars. You can find better help with nursing notes on the internet. Please save your money from people trying to rip you off for a 43 page waste.

This book is very simplistic & definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't even recommend this book for a nursing student. Way too basic & brief.

It has only 43 small pages. It is too frugal in contents. It is too basic for a professional. Uses a lot of abbreviations -- and no glossary. It has little value for a student.
