## Questions & Answers

**Q: How Do I Pick the Right Shade?**
A: Go darker if you're between 2 shades and for any application at the root. Go lighter when brightening highlights. If the shade's off, the color discrepancy will be clear, coverage will be hard to attain, and the finish may look powdery or dull.

**Q: What Should I Do if I Choose the Wrong Shade?**
A: At BOLDIFY, we prioritize your satisfaction. If the shade isn't perfect, click 'Get Help' next to your order OR scan the code inside the product box, and we'll send you another shade at no additional cost. Let us help you find the perfect match!

**Q: Does BOLDIFY Hairline Powder Work For All Hair Types and Conceal All Types of Hair Loss?**
A: BOLDIFY Hairline Powder works for all hair types, including different textures & colors. It can help conceal most types of hair loss - thinning, bald patches, receding hairlines, and more. Use with BOLDIFY Hair Fibers for maximum hair loss coverage.

**Q: How Long Does it Last?**
A: BOLDIFY Hairline Powder has impressive staying power, lasting for up to 24 hours under normal environmental conditions. It's designed to withstand sweat and rain, ensuring that it stays put even in challenging weather conditions.

**Q: Is this product safe to use on the scalp?**
A: Yes. It won't clog pores and is safe for daily use on hair, scalp or brows. The gentle ingredients in our powder are rigorously tested for purity. Our talc is FREE from asbestos and other contaminants sometimes found in lesser-quality raw materials.
