I have diabetes and these form part of my daily diet, providing both vitamins and crucially, fibre, This is my third order. They are very well packaged; this time in a thick sealed package; i still prefer the tubs that they originally came in but that is not possible now understandably because of the ban on plastics.; the new packaging is a good replacement. The seeds look bright and fresh and have a good crunch and flavour. I add them to fruit and yoghurt. An excellent buy!

Fresh full taste and smell. Love them!!
Very delicious.smell.and the taste is so full. It is the most.amazing ones for.long time!You can feel.the sunlight from them.The colour.is fresh dark green. Size is medium big. Just shame the package is not recyclable... :/

Nice and tasty in my opinion real organic (not from china as most are) but. Why do they say MADE in Bulgaria? . Makes me thing of all the fake plastic food these days they make not grow
