This is an excellent cross over between a light mac and a heavy overcoat and is well worth the £69 price tag. However, it is is a fairly ordinary coat. It is well made and will do the job well. But it does not ooze quality as some reviews remarkably suggest. I would not wear it if I wanted to look smart. I have a Ted Baker coat, a TM Lewin coat and this one, and you can easily tell the difference between them. This is more George at Asda. It lacks shape and wrinkles easily. I went for the medium as reviews helpfully and correctly suggested the sizes were larger than expected, and I was right to do so. It would be large elsewhere. This is not a young person's coat.

I own three of these rain coats (stone, black and blue) and use them for work. They are well made, repel water well, and have a nice removable inner lining.My only quibbles are that the cut is quite straight and could be a bit more anatomical and tha the medium size is a little on the generous side, which is okay when worn over suits, but can look a little big when worn on their own.But overall I'm am pleased with this purchase.

I wanted a decent raincoat but was put off by some of the high prices being asked. This one caught my attention and with all the positive feedback I thought I'd give it a go. I'm really glad I did. It feels good, looks great and is waterproof and warm. In the Spring I'll use it without the removable lining but for the moment it will stay put. I didn't expect much for £70 but this is worth every penny. Absolutely delighted with this bargain.

This is a really nice coat - it really is. Nice material and feel and looks great on. BUT - the sizing is WAY out. I bought a small as I’d read the comments about sizing too big and it is. I’m 5’10” - slim but broad shoulders and chest and this coat buries me.It seems to have been made for people on the big/overweight side - even the small. It looked like a tent on me - I buttoned it up, pulled the front out and I could have packed it out with a load of big pillows quite easily, with the neck massive as well.Whoever makes this, if you read these comments, have a look at your sizing. UK men aren’t all overweight and portly. That, or someone is being generous in materials. Your small is really a large.Shame - because it’s a really nice made and feeling coat at a great price.

nice protection from the cold, excellent water protection, and it is not too heavy. I also like the fact that it is not made out of synthetic fibers, it is a mix of cotton with synthetic fibers...I actively looked for a coat that had cotton so I was sure it was more waterproof. I usually wear suits with a 38 inch chest measure, this was fine with and without suits.

I love this Jacket, it looks great, feels expensive and it arrived a few days sooner than expected. My height is 5 foot 11 with a 40 inch Chest and it fits perfectly, the jacket just goes down to my knees so I would advise you to go for the Medium if you are a similar height and build.

As a raincoat, I think it will withstand any of the worst weather that its wearer will encounter, and for a lot of cold weather the quilted lining (removable) will keep me warm enough. And for the amount of the cash it cost,the Gentleman Taylor who makes my clothes even he Told me it is a bargain.

Really Nice coat. Only issue with it is when trying to remove the inner liner / layer the zip got stuck so be careful when removing and putting back in. Other than that its a great coat. Looks really smart.

Very happy with this coat. Water resistant. Lightweight for ease in packing. Light to wear, but the zip out lining keeps you warm. This will serve me well during my trip early next year to Paris and London. This coat was shipped efficiently from Great Britain. 5 Stars.
