Okuma ROX Standard Speed Spinning Reel

Have 8 of these for Alaska salmon. Use them with guests, and my family. Plenty strong for any Silver, Chum, Red, or Humpy salmon, they are also basically bulletproof. We drag them through brush, drop them on sand and gravel bars, they get “baptized”, and still reliably bring in the fish, overcoming 20 pound Chum with ease. Hard on fish, easy on the wallet, it’s the BEST reel I’ve found for salmon in over 30 years of fishing in the Mat-Su valley. These fish were no match for that reel.Buy it - you’ll love it!

Very nice reel very smooth retrieve well built would buy again price was very good

I bought this reel to fish for trout with lite line. it is very smooth but occasionally it winds the line around the drag knob. I took one felt and one washer out of the drag and have not had the issue again. drag still works well and knob is now lower, so line does not wrap around it.

Bought it for 13 bucks great deal. 7/10 smooth, good line capacity, powerfully drag and nice clicker sound. Couldn't ask for more for this price

So far so good. I have used it many times too fish brackish water and it hasn't failed me yet. I use 30lb braid and so far this reel and the braid haven't been challenged yet. I've caught stingrays, sail-cats, spotted trout, red fish, ladyfish etc. with no issues. I do make sure to wash it off with fresh water when I get back from fishing to make sure any parts that can corrode from the brackish water gets a good washing off. The drag is also nice and loud, which is a bonus.

Value for the money, unfortunately mine broke after 2 outings. I could not reel the line in/out shaft spun freely. I love Okuma, but maybe I got a defective one.

1st I own 2 other Okuma Spinning reels in the $60-$100 range and they are excellent. I needed to replace a backup real that I let others use and abuse. I thought let's try this ROX-20 since I've had great luck with other Okuma Reels. The reel seems to be built nice just there was something wrong with the anti Reverse, like a there's clunky play in it Not sure if that's how they are but I didn't like it so I returned and bought something else because I needed one the next day.

بعد استخدام 3 شهورممتازة وسلسة اكثر من بعض البكرات الي اغلى منهاخامات التصنيع مقبولة بالنسبة لسعرهاطلعت بها بياض 2 كيلو تجربة مقبولةخفيفة جدا وتصلح لشغل الالترا لايت حتى بحجم ال4000لكن مع الوقت فقدت صوت الدراق وهذا شي عادي نوعا ما لانه يحصل حتى في البكرات الغاليةالسبب الرئيسي هو التصخير يكسر القطعة الي تطلع صوت شد الخيطماهي مشكلة ولا يأثر على الأداءتجمل معاك بسعر اقتصادي لكن انصحك ترقي شوي حتى تحصل على أداء افضلpenn pursuit 3000خيار مناسب جدا ب 230 ريال
