Doesn't stay in place- be careful who you buy from
I used the sizing guidelines and purchased the sleeve. It is very comfortable and you can definitely fell the compression. However even walking around causes the sleeve to slide down below your knee.BEWAREI bought mine from Retun2Fitness. They have a terrible return policy: Must be in original packaging, 15% restocking fee, you have to pay for return shipping. They waived the 15% fee when I complained ( sure sign of a rip-off) but I didn't keep the flimsy original packaging (who does that?) so I'm just keeping it because it's just too much hassle.I bought a Tommy Copper sleeve - hopefully that works better.

Won't stay put
This compression sleeve was tight but it still slid down my leg as I exercised. It did not support my knee the way I hoped it would. I went with compression pants instead, they are great.
