Live at McCabe's

Larry McNeely is a spectacular and, outside of Bluegrass circles, little-known 5-String banjo player. I don't remember how I came into possession of this album but I did! It was recorded live at McCabe's in 1977 in Boulder, Colorado, and is only available in vinyl. I have two digital recordings of it, Earl's Breakdown and Beethoven's 5th Symphony. If anyone wants to contact me, I will provide them. The most amazing is Larry's rendition of Beethoven's 5th. When you hear it, you will believe that Beethoven, in a prescient moment, composed his 5th symphony exclusively for the, yet-to-appear in world history, ... 5-String Banjo!
