A must have for any firearm owner. The brushes are the standard you'll find in most cleaning kits, a nylon bristle, a brass bristle and steel. They'll allow you to clean even the grimiest, gummiest piece of your favorite pee shooter and what you can't get with brushes you'll be able to get with the set of dental picks. The picks are steel and have very sharp points, so a bit of caution when using. All the picks are double sided so in reality it's 8 different picks. What I really like is the pin punches and hammer. If you are comfortable with breaking down your firearms betond the standard field strip, you'll need the pin punches and what makes them nice is roll pin starters that come with the kit. Replacing those roll pins after cleaning or when assembling something can be difficult. Instead of trying to hold then with a pair of pliers or tweezers, the kit comes with several roll pin starters that will hold the pin in the recessed portion while you get it started. It's a big help.I own multiple cleaning kits and various tools for the care of my collection but this set is one that I find myself using most often. It's also the only one that I always have at the range when I am shooting.The reason I am only giving this 4 Stars vs 5 is the hammer with which it comes. It only has the one side, though you can screw the cap off/on to replace or switch out if you happen to have other pieces. However the kit only has the one that comes with the hammer. Seems a shame when they could easily have made it double sided or included a second or more heads.

Well I’m waiting to use this product for a stripped lower I’m putting together but I used it to change components on one of my pistols and it performed just fine. The pins were all out of their slots when it was delivered (I’m assuming from being shaken around while being delivered) and it took me a minute to put them back in their assigned slots cause the actual pins are not labeled anywhere but I figured it out. Other than that, no complaints.

I haven't used all the punches, so I can't really hate on them completely. But the smallest punch (the one I used the most) didn't last long at all before it became warped. I will say at least it didn't break like the other punch I had.

This is a great set for any person who does not have a punch set...a necessity if you have any firearms that you are trying to maintain. The brushes, picks, and hammer are an added bonus.

Good enough set. Not the highest quality but work pretty well. You'll probably need a heavier hammer though so keep that in mind. I've used it for several builds
