I had low expectations for this product, but I must say that it works wonderfully. The fact that it does need a battery is a great plus. The only issue I found is that if I change ringtone from the default, it will revert back to default if the chime section is unplugged or the power goes down. This is a limitation that should be addressed. Still, for the price this doorbell is a gem.
