Place the Director Plate on the top of the body Plate 2. Pour the long halves of the capsules into the Director Plate. Hold both parts and gently shake from side to side till the majority of capsule fall into the holes. Manually reposition the last few capsules into the remaining 3. Remove the Director Plate. Push down the body plate to make sure if any capsules are the wrong way around. If any, upright these capsules 4. Pour your filling onto the capsules 5. Spread around with the powder spreader to make sure the powder cover capsules evenly 6. Using the Tamper, compact the filling gently. Add more filling to fill the capsules evenly again 7. Now place the Director Plate on top of the Cap Plate 8. Pour the short halves of the capsules into the Director Plate. Hold both plates and shake from side to side gently. Manually reposition the last few capsules into the remaining holes. Remove the Director Plate and check for any capsules the wrong way around. Upright any you find 9. Place the Middle Plate on top of the Cap Plate. Ensure the grooves are facing up 10. Hold the Cap and Middle Plates together and flip them over and make sure the grooves are facing down 11. Push hard several times to connect the capsule halves together 12. I love this-do not listen to the bad reviews. It is extremely easy to use.
After reading reviews, I was reluctant to purchase. As many pills as I take for cancer, it is much cheaper to make my own. However, many reviews are negative, they are wrong! A child can use this with ease.I set it up, turn on the tv, and fill away.... I don't use the alignment plate,I get everything set up in a sterile environment, I place parchment paper underneathI line up the main board and place the cap plate beside it.I pour my capsules into a separate bowl.I watch tv from my bar area, and as I take the capsules apart, I put the bottom in the main board, and the top in the cap plate. ( you have to take the capsules apart anyway, so it's senseless to separate into two bowls, when all you have to do is place each piece into the plate when you open them) easy peezy!Then I'm ready to follow the directions to fill.I have made several thus far. I'm very glad I purchased this

Excellent upgrade to my 24 capsule machine.
Can’t think of any way to improve it. Makes good capsules quickly. Especially since you can pour the capsules tops or bottoms into the tray and quickly shake them in place.

You will not get the size you order
The product arrived quickly, but the size I ordered was 0. The box was clearly marked 000 on the outside, yet a size 0 sticker had been placed over the original sticker. The capsules I already have are about 3 times too small to fit properly in the device- they simply fall through. I am disappointed. Now I will have to order new capsules in a larger size than I like in order to use this device. The unit is well-made, but why intentionally mis-mark the size & send me the wrong one?

Just read the instructions and it's very easy.
It looks complicated but it's actually very easy. Just read the instructions carefully and once you do it once you'll get used to filling up capsules.

Do not purchase if you are known for fits of rage
Instructions Sucked ass. Finally figured it out but my capsules (size 0) kept falling out. After an hour of frustration I realized in the small Chinese print (000) that they had sent me the wrong sized unit. Wanted to light it on fire and run it over with my truck but I also wanted my money back. Returned it and went with a different manufacturer

Good Product at a Great Price
I'm more pleased with this than I thought I would be! The instructions are very simple, so read it through a few times before you try it. It was definitely time saving and well worth the price.

Words of advice...
Buy separated capsules if you don't want to spend time separating them. Product is well made of sturdy material.
