Hot Air Fryer 8-in-1 Family Size 5.8 Qt

I used it for the first time for fries and small chicken tenders. Had very little in it. I cooked the food for 40 minutes 400° and the food still did not get cooked but it melted the top of the air fryer. Not happy with it at all sending it back.An update: they only are giving me a 20% refund. They said nothing is wrong with it. I well never order anything from this company again. They make crappy products!!

I am giving only 1 star due to a horrible customer service from SuperDealUSA! I got my ZenChef in March 2019 and enjoyed it while was working even though the legs came off the first week and it started to peel/scratch the bottom from the exposed screws - last week the air fryer started to make a loud clicking noise while on and filled my kitchen with strange smell. I turned off waited and then turned back on - the same thing happened and eventually it stopped working - died, no lights no power nothing. Ive reached out to SuperDealUSA explained the issue and the email I got from them was asking to again explain the issue and send photos - so I did. Next email from them again asked to explain and to send video of the problem - the unit is dead so no video. They don't get it. The air fryer is only 7 months old in pristine outside condition so pics won't tell what's wrong. They want to send me parts...and won't accept return. I asked Amazon Customer Service to help me resolve this issue and....They did. I got my refund and will purchase another air fryer different brand from other seller. Kudos to Amazon Customer Service for taking care of me. Buyers do your research before buying - especially check the Sellers, customer service and the item.

Within a week of getting and using this, the coating started to flake on the basket. I contacted the seller and it was replaced. Wasn't long before the same thing happened with the second plus the protective rubber for the screws at the bottom of the baskets wouldn't stay on so the base ended up losing the coating where the screws hit as well. I started lining with aluminum to make sure the coating didn't get into the food. After awhile, I did get tired of the difficulty I had with cleaning since it is fairly big and bulky so I sold it on Facebook. Less than a year old, the person I sold it to used it twice. On that second use, it started to smoke so she unplugged it and contacted me. It would no longer warm up but did turn on. She and I both contacted Amazon. Amazon needed to speak to me since I was the original purchaser. I was told a new machine was sent out and given a tracking number. I SPECIFICALLY asked the rep to make sure this tracking number was for a new machine and not from the original purchase. He said it was not the old tracking and a new unit was definitely sent out the day prior. After about a week, it had not shown up so I contacted the seller. They said that was incorrect information. It was in fact the original tracking number from when I first purchased it and they offered a 50% refund if I would purchase a new one. I declined and tried to get what I was originally told to be honored. They would not. They said they could do a 70% refund. Needless to say, better than nothing so I took the 70% refund and in turn refunded the person that purchased the machine from me. I did get it back and we did try to figure out the issue but ended up throwing it away. Giving 2 stars because it did work for a little bit but to recap, flaking, smoking, dead... In less than a year. Unfortunate

I so so so so so love my new air fryer it came super super duper fast💗 I used it last night & the chicken turn out fantastic!!!!..♡♡♡♡ don't wait purchase it now I promise you won't be disappointed

It has been a year and six months and I first started getting problems with the digital display and the basket the basket started to peel and was suppose to be non stick the seller compensated me for that and a few days ago the air fryer refused to heat up to fry my chicken . The seller claimed they have a strict policy if the item is outside it's warranty they don't replace all they want to do is offer 10%

Worked well for the most part for nearly 3 years. Not really enough capacity for more than 2 people although described as family size. Works best for French fries and chicken wings. Basket rubber feet fall off easily and get lost, top of basket handle broke off after about a year of use as a result of washing it in the dishwasher, although it says dishwasher safe. Digital display started to miss numbers or parts of numbers after roughly a year.

I've only used it a couple of times but it seems to be okay. It definitely takes longer than regular frying but that's okay. And the things i have cooked in it aren't as crispy as actual frying but for the healthier option that's okay too.

This thing is amazing. Fast cooking. Once you use it several times, that initial new chemical smell goes away. I've made some really good dishes that have taken me no time. I actually get more of my day back with fast cooking and less cleaning. Lots of presets but I rarely use those.
