Magic Hue WiFi Light Bulb, Multicolor Dimmable Smart LED Night Lights, 50W Equivalent, Compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant

I was at first a little skeptical of just how bright the bulb would be, it's color options and how well the wifi communication would be. I first used it in my hotel room as I dislike the color and intensity of hotel lighting. I was very pleasantly surprised! The intensity was more than I expected and the bulb dimmed perfectly. The colors and response time between the app and the bulb were on par and the bulb connected and continues to connect very quickly and easily every time.I bought two more recently and will soon test them on my film set to see if there is any flickering through out the dimming stages. If there's no flickering I plan to buy a box of the brighter 80 watt PRO RGB+WHITE bulbs along with the WIFI LED strip light.

Bulbs work great, but refuse to stay connected to wifi or Alexa. The first day I had no issues setting them up and using them. All features worked as described. The next day when I got off work, Alexa could only find one of the bulbs and said the other was not responding. Although I could control both through the app with no problem. I reset the bulb that was not responding and it started working again. The next day I got home, neither lights would respond to Alexa or the Magic Home App. Had to reset both bulbs to get them to respond again. I'm returning mine asap and will not be purchasing from this company again. Philips Hue here I come.

Unable to work with my echo plus and Alexa. It’s not listed as a compatible product on my Alexa app. Perhaps I’m missing something but so far the “Works with Alexa” selling point has proven false.

So easy because you don't have to have a hub like with the other hue light bulbs in order for them to work. Also, you can't beat the price. I highly recommend this bulb over the other hue one that requires a hub for it to work. This one is much easier, less expensive & better.

Worst product yet, could not ever install and there is no specific video anywhere online to set up the bulb. Returning all the bulbs and never buying them again. Don’t buy unless you want to waste your money and never get the bulbs connected to the app.
