This is a stainless steel water bottle that is extremely well made. I like the sipping cap. The bottle keeps the water cold for many hours. In using this bottle I see myself drinking more each day which is good for me. I gave this product 5 stars for its excellent quality and incredible service (see below).The Rugged Hydration bottle arrived in excellent condition. It came with 3 caps. I wanted to remove the one attached cap and put another one on. I could not figure out how to remove it. I emailed the company and a very friendly service lady replied within 5 minutes with helpful instructions.I definitely encourage you to buy the Rugged Hydration bottle from this company. I suggested to the service lady that they consider adding printed instructions on how to remove the strap for older generation folks like me!

I have waited to review this product until I had used it for a while just to make sure I can make accurate comments. I really like this bottle, it fits in my work bag and truly does not sweat. I have also found that if I put ice and water in the bottle before work in the morning, It holds water nice and cold way longer than it usually takes me to drink the contents.I have also tried with hot beverages and have been very happy.And, it looks cool. I don't have to worry about weird looking water bottle sitting on my desk at work all day if they have customer tour coming through.

The bottle seemed great. It had a thick plastic smell that only went away after washing it twice before the first use. When I finally went to use it no water would come out. I take a closer look at the sport lid and the holes weren't properly cleaned out (the pour spout and the little hole for air). I took a knife to both holes and finished carving them out (took 15 mins at most). Worked fine after I washed again (so no plastic shavings remained). I just feel like I shouldn't have needed to do that. No place to comment about the issue just a place to return (and after the work I had done and knowing that it works now I don't want to do that).Overall it is a waterproof seal. No accidental spills this week. Fits in the car cup holder. It keeps ice for a good amount of time as well. Just watch the sport lid if you order.

Love this water bottle! Safe to use with my essential oils, which was a big selling point for me as I commute daily and am on the go for my job. I usually have a glass water bottle, but one of those recently broke while I was working and I don't need to worry about that with this awesome bottle! Plus, my son (9yo) saw this water bottle and LOVED it, so he bought one too with his birthday money! He loved the option of 3 different lids. :) Thanks for such a quality water bottle!

I ordered the teal 24 oz and liked it so well that I ordered two others - one for my husband for travel and one for my son for track in black. I love the lid options so I can use it for hot or cold drinks. The carabiner lid option is great for backpacks. The logo will help my son identify his water bottle.

This bottle is so cool! It keeps my water really cold! I've been using it for work every day and keeps my drink cold throughout the whole workday for me! I also love that it comes with extra lids since mine always seem to be disappearing and then my bottles are basically useless, so now I have some backups! It's also nice and sleek looking, would probably be a good gift as well!

We have used this bottle for track and soccer practice. The ice water stayed super cold and we had ice after practice was over. I am excited to use this during summer months when it is 90+ degrees! I totally recommend this product if you are needing your beverages to stay hot or cold for long periods of time!

Disappointed. Bottle is great, but the cap drips. Every time i open the bottle, water drips from the cap. Might not seem like a bid deal at the gym, but if you're drinking while wearing a suit or a work shirt, different story.
