Carnelian (also sometimes referred to as cornelian) is found primarily in India, as well as various sites in South America. It is a variety of chalcedony. These dice are nice, and as advertised... but if you cannot imagine a 12mm die, let me tell ya'- it's small.  Very small.  Much smaller than a normal die; almost unreadably small.  Small, small, small.  But they are nice.
