I like the chair. It fits well and is comfortable. The wheels on mine broke though! They came off the axle and, while they'll go back on, they won't stay on. I've contacted the seller; the seller responded and it looks like they are going to send me some new wheels. I'll update the ratings if and when that happens.UPDATE: I've changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. My wheels were coming apart. I contacted the seller and they took care of it immediately. Sent me replacements. Could not be happier with the interaction with the seller. Love the chair, too!

This is definitely a sturdy chair with it's steel frame but the "ergonomic" shape works against me. The casters and construction are solid but the adjustments are stiff and jerky. It doesn't easily raise or lower and the recline isn't smooth. The fabric is good and would probably last a long time and the included pillows for lumbar and head support are a good feature.I'm 6'1" and the hard wings at the top which might be good for shoulder placement for someone else dig into my upper arms. The hard seat shape is also uncomfortable for me and press too firmly on my thighs. I'm not nearly as heavy as the weight limit and really wanted a chair large enough to sit cross legged in, which is impossible with this, so it was probably not ideal for me anyway.

So I had been looking for a gaming chair for a little over a year. I knew finding the right chair was going to be challenging since I'm not the smallest individual (6ft tall, 300lbs). I had to somehow find a gaming chair that had a over 300lbs weight limit and not be that terrible PU leather ( leather gets sticky=not having it) and doesn't cost over $300. So as I was saying on the hunt for a little over a year and these HappyGame chairs kept popping up. I was skeptical because I've never heard of the brand and when I started research on the brand I found that thair product came from China which added to my nervousness to the brand. A few weeks after continuous extensive research flipping through endless customer reviews I had hit my breaking point and made my decision. I landed on the HappyGame VCAS05 Racing Style Gaming Chair and I was not disappointed. Super quick shipping I had the chair in 2 business days with free shipping thanks to Prime. The box it came in was completely undamaged and the set up was quick and painless to be honest I was a little overwhelmed when I first got all the contents out of the shipping box but once I got to work it took about 20 min. Once setup I am perfectly confident in learning all the way back in the chair with the awesome 400lbs+ weight limit the chair has. I can also sit in it comfortably for hours and if I put a little cushion down I can game for even longer! The little complaints I do have can be easily fixed like the arm rests are a little hard but I'm in the process of ordering some arm rest covers which I'm sure will help with comfort and I don't want them to get tore up. But other than the arm rests the chair is great! Everything seems super high quality exreamly sturdy, the chair meets my wideness specifications, the chair also rolls very nice and smooth no need to have to upgrade the wheels like other chairs and NO LEATHER!! I could not be happier with my purchase THANK YOU HAPPYGAME!!!!

Assembled the chair in short order, not too difficult if you've ever done any office chair assembly.When I put the base on, the moment the wheels had any weight on them two of them twisted off center - bending the wheel base.Contacted the seller, they made good on the warranty - they refunded me a good portion of the cost of the chair and recommended parts on amazon, which would be faster than getting another chair sent out to me from China.I picked up the Slipstick CB692 Rubber Caster replacement wheels as well as a heavy duty red aluminum chair baseBoth worked great and the red really sets off the red stitching in the chair

This gaming chair is very comfortable. I like how the arm rest can twist to the angle of my arm and can adjust height. The back is very wide. My friend said when I sit in it, it totally hides me. The angles that wraps around the back allows me to rest my head on it comfortably. Also the two pillows that are included is very helpful too. I can rest my head on the top one and relax my next. The pillow near the arm rest helps straighteny back a little. It's very useful when you are sitting for a long time. And the seat is big enough that I can seat. Cross leg on the chair and still has a lot of room left. The back of the chair can be lean all the way back. It's similar to the seat in a car. I love to do that when I am tired. The chairs material is really sturdy. The back of the seat is made of leather and front is made of fabric. The fabric of the seat made it very comfortable to seat on without sliding out.Installation of this chair is very easily. There aren't a lot of small parts in the package. It only took me about 30 minutes to fully assembled it. The manual sheet provide ear instructions that can be easily understand.
