More or less what you'd expect from a power adapter, except for one curious thing: the one I received interferes with the touchpad on the Samsung Chromebook XE303C12-A01 that I bought it for. The symptom is that when the adapter is plugged in, the mouse pointer hesitates and balks as a finger is moved on the touchpad. Makes it difficult, although not impossible, to use the touchpad. Not a problem if you mostly use your Chromebook on battery or with an external mouse. A bit of research showed that this is an uncommon, but not unknown, problem for many kinds of Chromebooks and laptops, and the only known solution is to try different adapters until you find one that doesn't cause problems. This was for a client, who does not find the problem obtrusive, and chose to live with it rather than spend time and money trying to find a better power adapter.

Updating to 5 stars for Onite's pro-active customer service. They reached out to me and offered me a replacement or refund. Haven't had that type of pro-active customer service ever.Charges the Laptop OK, however, there must be some kind of grounding issue since the touchpad behaves erratic when plugged in. Cursor jumps all over the place, etc...

Cheaply made. Not the same as the original 3 prong connection as the original samsung version. The sleeve on the jack slipped off in 1 week. So was useless. Disappointed that quality controls for these low end knockoffs is so lacking. It's just a power cord so it shouldn't be that difficult to produce a fairly durable product.

Only worked for a few days. Get the real thing.

Short charging time without scary heating-up of the supply or the Chromebook in my case, cools to room temp once charged.O'all quality is on par with the best from Dell or HP. I especially appreciate the rugged charging connector and cord!!Hard to imagine a better product or value for dollar, as IMO this one sets the bar quite high.

This Onite adapter charges a Samsung Chromebook fast. The right angle plug is nice. Item could use better shielding, as the mouse jumps all over the screen while charging. Other than that, it works great.

Great replacement for samsung chromebook. Dog chewed the original cord, and this replaced it perfectly.

Unit arrived as estimated. It didn't charge the Chromebook.New unit shipped by vendor that seems to work as it should. Will update if there are changes.
