I recieved my order super fast & the customer service was superior. Before I recieved my product, the company sent an email with detailed instructions on how to use my product, various links to track my order, for questions, for problems, company contact information & rating. I just felt this extra step was very nice & helpful.I received my package, the outer box of the product was alittle crushed however amazon sent it in a padded envelope & was happy that it sustained only that much damage. Opened the box & the serum was 100% undamaged & sealed.I had been using a much pricer serum & I can confidently say I love this one so much better. Not only is the price much better but the bottle is bigger...who doesnt love more product for less!! This product is a light gel that goes on damp skin. It is smooth, non greasy or sticky & absorbs quickly. Followed with a moisturizer, this serum hydrates & plumps up the skin very well. When I first was reading the reviews, I saw a few comments stating it didnt make any difference with wrinkles etc however I wonder if the product was used long enough to give it an honest review on that.For me it took 40+ years for my skin to get to where it is & I'm sorry there are just no miracle serums anywhere that will erase years off your face overnight or in 2 weeks. So you do have to give skin care time to work, usually the minimum is 6 weeks, consistantly! Also we look at ourselves everyday in the mirror so subtle changes are ofen missed just by looking in the mirror, a before & after picture in the same natural light with no shadows is your best comparison. I will say though that the hydration effects of the serum are seen almost instantly, you have to be sure you are applying this to damp skin though for it to work. It needs the moisture to "lock in" otherwise its going to pull moisture from the deeper layers of your skin & have the opposite effect.I have had such good results wih the HA serums that on a whim decided to try alittle on my severely dry hair...it locks in moisture so why not, right? Wow my hair felt super soft & looked healthy for once.I love this serum & it has now become a daily part od my skin care regimen. For under $15 you have nothing to lose trying this product.

I actually found the product frozen at a door I don't use. I received a refund. I tried product after it came to room temperature. I didn't see a difference in my skin, probably due to it being frozen. Will order again

I'm just about finished with my first bottle of this product and I have noticed a huge difference in the appearance of my skin! I have spent HOURS searching through different products comparing pure Hyaluronic Acid vs. Sodium Hyaluronate vs. Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide (botanically derived form of HA) and as far as ingredients go, I really like this specific serum if your just looking for HA specifically W/O anything else added, it works well after micro needling.Sodium Hyaluronate is a smaller form of pure HA which is more easily absorbed into the skin and I use this serum after derma rolling (micro needling) as it does not contain any actives (Vitamin A or C) and it has produced good results. It does contain Phenoxyethanol which may deter some people but the other alternative for a preservative I've seen used is benzoyl alcohol which is rated by EWG as more toxic than phenoxyethanol. It also contains Potassium Sorbate which is a known antimicrobial used in food products but has been deemed as having no alternative reactions (to my knowledge, correct me if I am wrong!)I like that there is also OG aloe vera which helps to soothe my skin even further. HA is a humectant (as is aloe), meaning it draws moisture from its surroundings and retains about 1000x it's weight, so, having the Sodium Hyaluronate mixed with the Aloe I assume it draws some of the enzymes and vitamins that occur naturally in the aloe further into the skin.I liked the consistency and it spreads very easily; a little went a long way for me. A common complaint I've seen on other serums is that they are pretty watery and this serum wasn't. No smell, no color, nothing at all. It was a little thick either from the Aloe or the HA.I liked this single HA only serum and would buy it again.

I've tried 3 different hyaluronic acids and so far, this is by far my favorite. It is unscented, which means no harmful, toxic chemicals to make it smell different, and is silky smooth when I apply it. It reminds me of a silicone protective layer over my skin and feels like the moisturizing goes deeper and lasts longer than the others I've tried. I'm very sad this is out of stock and keep looking back for when it will be available again, because this is the one I would like to use for the rest of my life. I also love and appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle instead of plastic - so much better for the planet and for our health!

I have been struggling with acne ever since I was a teenager. I am in my 30th now. I would not get lot of breakouts, but instead I would get one or two, but rather big ones (on my cheeks, neck, forehead) . I have tried a lot of different products that were supposed to resolve the issue. Some of them would help, but only temporarily. I tried this serum, not for acne, but for general skin care. I was amazed what it did to my skin. After a week of using it I noticed that my acne became a lot less noticeable. After one month of usage, my acne disappeared completely. I have been using this product for over 9 months now, and my issue with acne is not an issue at all. I have a clean clear skin now. I use this product with 20% Vitamin C Hualuronic Acid with Ferulic Acid by Seoul Ceuticals, and both of these products did the trick. I highly recommend this serum as your morning and evening routine alone, or with the other product I mentioned above.
