They all need to be individually set up.This unit is a case of inserting the component (in the correct slots) and switching on. It identifies the component and gives its various characteristics. I had considered designing and building such a unit around an Arduino, but this was simple to buy, has a built in rechargeable battery, carries out self checks and gives the results quickly. I can now concentrate on design and build, rather than sorting and valueing components.
