Sent expired bottle
I received my first bottle in May 2021 it’s good for two months, but they sent me a bottle that expired in May I didn’t even question the expiration date until it started having a funny smell. They are not online anymore and I tried their website as well to get a refund or a bottle that is not expired. If they’re issuing supplements they are fully aware of these expiration dates that’s something we all look for in stores etc. Amazon was kind enough to refund my money although I was past the 30 days. Thank you Amazon

Fantastic Milk Thistle at a Fantastic price!
I taken Milk Thistle for a long time and I’ve used many other brands but I really like Kavana’s.

Waiting to See; Will Update Later
These capsules (dosage 2 1X a day) are easy to swallow. Have not experienced any side effects from taking these.As far as actually rating this product's effectiveness, I am only finishing up my 1st bottle & have rec'd the 2nd bottle to begin shortly, so I won't know the positive or no affects until the next liver scan (March, 2021) is compared with the last scan.The reason for using this product until then is for the high contents of Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, & Burdock Root it contains, which are reported to help damaged livers--in this case, NALD caused by having undiagnosed Hep-C over a period of 50 yrs., then found at Stage IV.

I like the blend in this supplement. It's got them ilk thistle, PLUS the burdock and dandelion.
