Works great. Really helps your back and I noticed instant relief from back pain. My husband and I really enjoy using it especially after a long day working and taking care of three wild toddlers.

I bought this particular table on a whim. The price was good but the reviews were few. I had the unit put together within an hour. Instructions were ok but the diagrams were too small. My major complaint with this table is its dimensions. Its advertised as being able to accommodate a 6' 4" individual. However, I am 6' 1" and my head came off the headboard and was put in an awkward, uncomfortable position. I had to modify the headboard in order to gain several more inches. After I did this my head lined up and my neck was no longer strained. I don't know who designed this table, but an added headboard height adjustment would be useful, especially since it doesn't do what it advertises. The functionality of the unit is fine. It's made of sturdy material that hopefully will endure. Overall I am satisfied (after the modification that is), however if I could do it over again I would definitely have purchased another table.

Functionality of this is absolutely fine...if you’re 5 foot something. Being a 6’2” male, I expected this to accommodate me after reading that it adjusts to 6’5”. This is simply not true. After setting it up, adjusting it to as long as it goes, I inverted and had my head hanging completely off of this thing. I tried putting up with it, but it causes nerve pain in the neck with your head hanging off. Not even close to therapeutic. Time to return this big heavy piece of equipment.

Good quality and not too hard to build but I wish it would fold up a bit tighter for storing.

I use it daily, and it has definitely made me sleep better!
