Super easy to set up and the app works well for instant alerts. I tested it and the alarm went off right away. The sensors are small so they fit easily under sinks and behind appliances. Gives me peace of mind knowing I’ll get notified quickly if there’s ever a leak. Definitely worth it for home protection. Review: Security and protection with easy set up - After a sewer line break, we needed to have a better alert system for water leaks in our basement. I ordered the 3 sensor option. The set up was very straightforward, with my young son activating the sensors. The only minor suggestion would be to identify the sensor name/location before activating the next, as they are not numbered or otherwise identified on the phone app. Ultimately it wasn't a big deal, as my son was able to "activate" each with a damp paper towel for naming once they were in place. The main sensor is on the main level of the house and quite a distance from 1 of the sensors that still worked without delay for alerting. A great way to continue monitoring while home or on vacation (with phone app). ## Features - IP66 Waterproof - Fully sealed waterproof housing, allowing you to use water immersion for a long time in high humidity areas. We adopted the stable and reliable solution so that the equipment can report well without missing reports. When two probes touch the water simultaneously, a current loop is formed. At this time, the sensor reports the water immersion/water leakage status to the hub, triggering an alarm. **Q: Why does the hub have no alarm sound after detecting water immersion?** A: Please check whether the alarm switch of the subdevice is turned on in the subdevice list of the app. When not enabled, only message push and logging are available. **Q: Why is the Water Leak Sensor often offline?** A: 1. The device is far away from the hub. Please install the sensor close to the hub. 2. The battery is low, or the battery is dead. Please replace it with a new battery. 3. 915MHz is installed on a metal surface, and the signal is disturbed. **Q: What is the reason for the failure to connect the Water Leak Sensor? How should I reconnect?** A: 1. If the operation is wrong, please re-add the device according to the device adding method. 2. If the distance to the hub is too far, move the device closer to the hub and add the device again. 3. The hub's sub-device is overloaded. **Q: What is the water level to trigger the alarm?** A: When the detected water level reaches a height of 2mm, an alarm can be triggered. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little water leak detector system *by M***N on 11 May 2026* Great little water leak detector system. We bought this to put under our aging water heater that still is working well. We are gone a lot and were told something like this would be a good idea. It would warn us if it does start to leak. We got three sensors so we decided to put one under our kitchen sink. It was only a few days and the sink sensor went off and sent email to us as promised. There was definitely a small leak and it picked it right up. What a surprise it was! We were able to catch it before it got worse. We would recommend this product for anyone concerned about potential water leaks. ## Frequently Bought Together - Winees WiFi Water Detector, 3 Pack Water Sensors with Leak Alert Email&SMS Notification, 100dB Adjustable Alarm, 100M Transmission for Basement, Bathroom, Laundry, IFTTT - LiCB CR2032 3V Lithium Battery(10-Pack) - All-new Ring Battery Doorbell, Head-to-Toe Video, Live View with Two-Way Talk, and Motion Detection & Alerts (2024 release), Venetian Bronze --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/748747006-winees-water-detector-water-sensors](https://www.desertcart.be/products/748747006-winees-water-detector-water-sensors) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
