AT&T Westell 7550 DSL Modem/Router

Was not a AT&T modem at all. Was on the phone with tech support for days before I finally ordered one from AT&T and sent this one back.

It has never had any problems and it has been years since I purchased it from Amazon

At this point, I am very happy with my purchase of the modem/router. I was a little hesitant about purchasing it when some people stated they were unable to get the wifi portion of it to work. I had no trouble at all setting it up and the wifi works great!Four months later and I wanted to add a little more to my previous comments. I had a problem with my modem/router and I contacted the seller about this. Come to find out it was due to an error on my part but I just wanted to say that the seller is fantastic about working with you. She helped me every step of the way. I will definitely be purchasing items from her again!Six months later - I am finding out that I am not as happy with this router as I had originally thought. Am having problems with it dropping my connection - as it has been all along - and have had AT&T to check the lines twice and they are saying it is not in the lines - it is the router dropping the connection. Said I might need to do a firmware update. Went in to do that and had to register it first. Tried to register it and Netgear says that my SN is invalid. So - looks like I will be having to replace this recently purchased router. I must say - it was easy to set up but is certainly not reliable.

Worked great, unfortunately, my modem wasn't bad, but now i have two. Better than my Motorola 3360 or 2200 modems before. Does not run as HOT!!!! Easy to use and setup. I turned off the wireless feature and used a dedicated wireless router.

Received package earlier than promised which was greatly appreciated. Excellent instructions which were written which were very helpful. Would definitely order from this seller again.

Recieved item. It was broken and unable to be used. Also, it was filmsy and cheaply made. Won't buy again.
