This record is great at the beginning and actually is my very first record. On the back towards the center of the vinyl The music gets very grainy. I didn't cause this. Universal records, the maker, Caused this. My friend who bought MOTM 1, Has the same problem and it is also made by Universal Records. This is a great record besides the grainy sound on the last 2 songs...

Innovative and orignial, kid cudi just keeps evolving
When I pre-ordered this CD I had no idea what was in store for me I expected it to be more hip hop like all of his previous releases. When it came in the mail and I finished the first listen through I had a whole new level of respect for this unconventional and phresh emcee. Much like my favorite group Atmosphere, WZRD has very successfully incorporated rock into a whole new level of lyrical mastery. One of my favorite songs on the CD, Where Did You Sleep Last Night, is an amazingly original cover of a song by the late Kurt Cobain and Nirvana. The cd also utilizes punk, grunge, funk and groovy sounds most emcees would be scared to rap to. The Kid is genius he has always been on a level no other artist can touch I hope he continues to make music for a long time. If you like Cudi I highly recommend you get this CD.
