Great product for cats, dogs, humans!
I have successfully used this product on:(a) myself - osteoarthritis;(b) my dog - soft tissue injury; and(c) my 18 year old cats - osteoarthritisI was a little dubious about the effectiveness of this product, but after reading a lot of good reviews I decided to take the plunge and the product does work well. Not a miracle cure, but a noticeable difference and well worth the money. The battery life seems good, so you could also take it out to stables and use it on a horse.I bought the laser as my dog had a leg injury that was healing slowly. I give her a laser session after she has been running offlead and overdoing it (when normally she would be a little sore) and it really does help with any pain. I have also used it on my knee that was operated on and similarly it has helped with the stiffness and pain. Lastly, my elderly cats seem to have benefited from a session or two on their old, stiff little legs.With the animals I tend to lie them down comfortably and once I have positioned the laser, I cover them with a thick blanket to make sure that if they move suddenly, none of us accidentally get the laser shone into our eyes (I can't put goggles on all of us). The sessions are about 30 minutes or longer as the laser has lower power than the very expensive, fast one in the vets so it's important your pet is relaxed and comfortable so you can position the laser without being in an awkward position.
