Not bad. Maybe for 200 bucks less I’d give it 5.
Out of the box, the paint looks good. It is made of ABS plastic. Which is fine. Fit and finish around the lights could use some work... wouldn’t put on a show bike. Still waiting for the harness to make sure the lights work. But otherwise pretty happy.

Make sure you are buying what you need
I purchased this part for my husbands 2019 Road Glide and received it quickly once to the shop we were informed that it only had a cut out for a single pipe. All 2018 and above's have dual pipes and need two places. I reached out to BB and was told that it would be several months before the fender with dual pipes are offered (that didn't help me any I needed it immediately). After speaking to BB i reached out to Amazon and advised that I would be sending the fender back but no longer had the credit card that I purchased the fender on and requested a check. The rep guaranteed me that it wouldn't be a problem just call once dropped off at the UPS facility. Five mins after I dropped off I get a email stating that the funds were sent back to the card I JUST advised i no longer had. I called Amazon and was told to go to the bank and they would cut me a check. The bank is 3 states over and I NO LONGER have the account. I have spoken to 5 people and I still do not have me $418.70. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON nor BAGGER Brothers both dont know what they are doing. WARNING!!!!!!

lights didnt work
fender looked good add does not say its plastic which it is . Purchased a 100.00 wiring harness from HD I received the first fender the lights didn't work returned fender received second fender lights still didn't work called the tech line they said it was plug and play they were no help said it should work returned the second one purchased a fender from different supplier plugged it into my bike all the lights worked fine so they have a issue with there lights and tech was no help

Product is trash and its PLASTIC!!!! STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND TRYING TO SELL PRODUCTS THAT YOU KNOW WONT FIT ON 2018 AND NEWER MODELS!!! I gave one star because I had too, wish I could delete stars

Cant use it's the wrong fender I needed dual cut outs
