The booklet has about a size 4-6 font and I had to get a magnifying glass to read it. It has a lot of modes, but doesn't explain the difference of what the mode does or why use one over the other. I use it on my hip, knee, shin, and it has made it so much easier to go up stairs. I've only been using it a couple weeks, every other day for 20 min. and my pain is almost gone. Its super easy to put on by myself and they made my neck and shoulder pain so much better. I had neck surgery 2 1/2 years ago and I have nerve damage on the left side and this little device fixes me up right. The quality is so good and it is very powerful. I feel like I can sleep better after I have around with the device on and it’s easy to move around if I want to change its position.
