I didn't see an expiration date on it, how long are they fresh?

Salami has a long shelf life, I've kept them unopened for about 2 months. In our house they disappear quickly once opened though! They do stay fresh in the fridge, I would just slice what you need and use within a month.

Is this sausage made from mangalica pork?

It doesn't say what kind of pork, but it is a very good very hard salami and tastes just like Salam de Sibiu

What is the best way to store this salami? How long will it keep? Can you freeze the salami for an extended life? For how long?

I am not sure how long, but as long as it is uncut, room temperature is OK. Once it is cut, I would keep it in refrigerator. I am not sure about freezing, but would not think it is a good idea.
