It works and customer service was helpful
After purchasing this remote their customer service department contacted me directly. They wanted to make sure that I was able to program the remote and offered to help if needed. I did end up asking for their "quick start" guide and they responded within an hour. The remote works great - no problems and not all that difficult to program after all.

Amazon sent Utube instruction to operate, but still unable to synchronize with ac unit to work.
Some is not functioning to say how it works
