Having spent many hours deciding which shower to buy to replace my old standard mixer bar, I took a gamble on the lower priced end of the market knowing that if I didn't like the feel of it I could send it back and try another. I needn't have worried.From the time I first opened the box I could feel the shower was well built and of a sound quality. The unit came packaged in boxed polystyrene with all the chrome parts protected either in foam wrap or felt bags.My old shower bar was of the industry standard 150mm standard, so replacing the valve assembly was easy (remember to check the hot water feed is on the left when looking from the front), the rest of the fitting was straight forward and took about an hour. The instructions were the exploded view type with explanations where needed and were very easy to follow. Be careful n to over tighten the screwed joints and remember to use all of the rubber sealing rings, as I missed one on the overhead sprinkler and didn't notice until a few days later.All in all, very happy with the operation and quality feel of the shower, and would recommend.

I have had this shower for three months. A couple of weeks ago I realised the knob to turn the shower on and off was coming away from the body of the mixer. I was disappointed but didn't do anything about it at the time as it was outside of the returns window. I came home last week to find water pouring out of that same area. Tried pushing the handle back in only for the shower to start emitting a high pitched whining.I contacted the sellers last week about this issue and have yet to receive a reply. Meanwhile the shower is still leaking and occasionally sounding like it is about to explode.It may be that we received one from a dodgy batch, however that was not the only issue with this shower. The seller states that it is made from metal, which is why we paid more to go with this option. It is in fact mostly made of plastic. I stupidly let it go at the time as I loved the design and just wanted to get it in place. I should have followed my gut and sent it back at immediately.Don't waste your money on this item. There are many similar showers out there at a lower price that are also made mostly of plastic. I paid more for this with the understanding that I was getting a better quality metal shower.

The chrome work is beautiful! I didn't spot a single defect or a scratch thanks to the gift like package.I specially appreciate that besides daily use function indications, there are also red and blue dot to remind installer where to connect hot and cold water. I won't make the same mistake again!The function selection knob and water temperature knob are smooth, only not sure the way the temperature limitation click design. Hope it wont effected by every day water ingress.

I have installed a few of these now and they are very simple, perfectly good and they will last years but I asked the supplier to supply me with the thermostat cartridge for this shower and all I received was silence , not great guys ,without this basic spare part it is difficult to recommend the product.

Well made. Assembly is straightforward. As a like for like replacement the job was completed within the hour. Quiet runner. Would recommend.

This shower does the job. It feels a little flimsy, but actually holds well. The rain shower head doesn't produce a full flow, it's jittery. The other shower head is fine and quite powerful.

So far about four weeks on after a very easy installation, I can say that the product has been extremely good value and much better that what our builder had previously put in for us a few years back. Can only say everything so far has been very good.

I really wanted a rain like shower.. and this is just right! The pressure is not bad.. and it all looks great in my new bathroom! Thrilled
