This is a really great machine at this price point. I was looking to replace a k-cup making machine that gave out, and it did not have a reservoir. I thought I would buy this one and just use the k-cup feature, but I absolutely love how easy it is to make a single serve cup using fresh grounds- I'm not sure I can go back to k-cups! The coffee over ice is also exceptional- I have had some really sad coffee over ice and this one is rich and full of flavor. The storage feature for the adapter not in use is wonderful, and having the coffee grounds scoop hooked onto the machine is so convenient. If I had one complaint, it would be that it is a bit noisy when brewing, but I'll let that slide since the coffee tastes so good. I did purchase paper coffee filters here on Amazon for my fresh grounds and those are very helpful. This is a solid little machine that will make the coffee part of your day a little brighter!

This is not my choice honestly. It doesn’t always brew the same amount each time. I always choose the same 14 oz but sometimes it only brews 12. It is on the slower side of brewing. But I do like the strong brew and I do like that I can choose larger sizes of brews

I had been using a Keurig for two years until it broke. I decided to go with the Ninja and it’s AMAZING! I prefer it to the Keurig moving forward will stick with Ninja products! The blue is very pretty!

Great coffee maker but less than thrilled with Amazon's description of coffee maker as "like new". Would give coffee maker 5 stars for sure. Makes great hot coffee fast! Also great option to have basket as well as pods. I fill my own reusable pods but since a pod really only has enough coffee to make a 6 oz cup, the basket option is great for making a larger cup Also you can buy small paper filters for basket to make clean up easier . Attractive design as well. I bought a "like new" Ninja to save $. This is my first time buying a used item from Amazon..I noted that the like new and the very good options were less than a dollar apart. Like new description said box has moderate damage . Very good said dome signs if use were evident . Well, the unit I got had box in great shape if not perfect . Unit looked as if it had never been unpacked. But upon unpacking it was clear that item had been used. Basket mesh was brown- stained from use and I could not get rid of that Brown color. ( Not a big deal but definitely not "like new") And the exterior of the unit itself has one or more scratches or imperfections on matte metallic - looking piece in front and elsewhere. So again, not "like new ". I would say more like good or very good. I wonder if they grabbed the wrong box, or since it looked like it had never been unpacked before if they assumed that this previously returned item had in fact never been used and did not unpack it to check. Perhaps previous owner was not exactly honest . But Amazon should inspect to verify . In any case I did get a great coffee maker , but my first experience with buying used was not great. ( I decided that I would just keep it and never reached out to Amazon about this issue because I had waited for the item and was in a hurry to upgrade my coffee experience) . .

I absolutely love this coffee maker. Simple to use and makes good hot coffee by the cup. The "rich" setting is my favorite and the adjustable tray makes it easy to accomodate cups/mugs. The only feature not to my liking is the mesh basket for grounds. Instructions claim to simply rinse under water, but the grounds cannot go down the drain without risking clogging.
