12 Feet Long, 10 Gauge 250 AMP No Tangle Battery Booster Cable/Jumper Cable

Well, I really wanted to like this booster cable. Built quality is very nice, but unfortunately performance did not live up to my expectations. As a 10 gauge cable and according to the general booster cable guidelines it is supposed to work with compact cars. Well, unless by compact they meant Smart Car or smaller, then we have an issue. This cable was not able to start up my wife's VW Golf. I had to use an 8 gauge cable, which did the trick. To all of you considering buying this cable, if you are planning on hooking anything bigger than a Smart Car, look somewhere else.

This is what I needed for my SXS. It is in a neat compact case and fits well in the storage compartment. Will come in handy if needed.

Got a chance to use these on a friend's car soon after purchasing them. They worked, but it took quite a while to build up a charge. Not sure if that is because of the quality of the cables or the condition of the friend's battery that it took so long.

Bought this set of jumper cables to carry in the car in case of emergency. They will work just fine. Long enough to reach even if you can't pull right up to the other car. The roll up nicely and fit in the storage bag well. Overall very satisfied!

This product is unusable. The clamps are crimped around the wires shield not the wire itself so they melt the first time you use them. Very disappointed
