Missing parts and wobbly x axis and carrage
If you are new to 3D printing I would NOT recommend that you buy this machine.Even if you are not new to it, I would prepare for some mechanical fixes and possibly some firmware fixes. It is simple enough to assemble(about 15-30 min).Mine was missing the tube holder for the hot end. The x axis bar is loose and wobbles pretty bad.Same with the hot head carrier it’s loose and wobbles with no way to adjust. Think that may be a manufactured issue with only 3 wheels to support it. Seems always bind up on the z axis. Those make adjusting it a pain. Had it a week and it still has yet to produce a decent print. Can’t keep the carriage or the x axis bar from wobbling around. There are no instructions with it(not even on sd card or flash drive) to hook up the second extruder. Those would have been nice. What I do like is the concept, it has an all aluminum frame. Which with the two exceptions noted above, are stable. With a few mods I think I can make this machine a good one to own, but for the price I would have rather had it working out of the box. It will just take some machining to fix so that everything doesn’t wobble and wiggle so much.Edit:Upon further attempts to get it working, found out the board is bad. Had bad solder joint that cracked/ overheated. If you buy be sure to double check the boards solder joints and connections.

Very capable printer with actually very good tech support (Skype - HE3D Wang)
Dual extrusion for this price is remarkable. It has a glass bed with a very nice cover on it (i still print with masking tape to prevent bed damage). The setup is pretty easy and their tech support can walk you through how to setup dual extrusion. You have to flash an arduino board, which sounds hard but really you just plug in a flash drive and select a prompt on the printer screen to flash (download to memory). Overall I'm very impressed with the printer. Quality of prints are excellent, and the build area is HUGE. Like all builds it has its shortcomings, too. The edges of the printer are cut aluminum extrusion which are very sharp. This can be resolved rather easily with a Dremel or file.Tl;dr: If you're a mom buying this for your kids, try something a bit easier. If you are mechanically minded and don't mind some tweaking and experimenting or you're a print enthusiast this is the printer for you.

Wobble that cannot be reduced.
I was really hopeful about this printer in a lot of ways and when I initially got it and set it up it seemed like it would be good. But after about a day of work trying to tweak all the tensions and adjusting the wheels, it eventually became apparent there was no way to stabalize the X axis to remove wobble, so ultimately, it would never print well. 5 stars for effort, 1 start for execution. I imagine if you bought this printer you might get lucky with parts that were close enough that there would be no wobble, but it’s a risk not worth taking. I’m returning mine and buying a different machine.

Excellent printer - for a seasoned enthusiast
Not for the point and click crowd, strictly a Techy DIY printer, but well worth it. Excellent prints

Customer service, it's always about customer service
Poor customer service printer came with warped build plate tried 3 completely separate ways to contact support and they played dangling the carrot with me. So I sent it back and gave them a second try maybe I had gotten the one bad one, WRONG! The second one I had to buy some screws to get the build plate mounted because they packaged it with 1 incorrectly sized leveling screw. Then after all that and it was all set up ready to go, BAHM! I got hit with a MINTEMP error, after checking out all the wires on the outside and they seemed fine I had to crack open the electronics and found an unconnected wire. Got that all put back together turned it on and BAHM! Hit with a MAXTEMP error, so I cracked it open a second time and reversed the wires. I got it all back together and the same MAXTEMP error came back. As I am brand new to the world of 3D printing( like 2 weeks new), at that point I am exceeding the max of my knowledge. That one will be on it's way back, its already back in the box and a return has been started.

Do not Buy this Printer
i dislike every millimeter of this machine, Ive had it for a while now and have not gotten 1 single decent print off of it. poor support from manufacturer and over all the only thing worth the money i wasted on it was the aluminum frame for me to build my ow machine. spend a little extra and save yourself from the headache of this machine

Quick to assemble
The assembly for this printer was super simple and quick. Heated bed heats up very quickly to 100F in under 5 minutes. Super big build space. Very nice to look at.
