Kornの魅力の一つは言うまでもなくベースだが、アナログ盤の方が低音が生演奏に限りなく 近い音がする。使用しているレコードプレーヤーとCDプレーヤーの特性の違いもあるので 断言はできないが、自分の環境では特にその差が顕著だった。

コーンの4作目。巷では静かで聴きやすいとの話であるが、低くて重いリフがメインのコーンのアルバム。 バグパイプの音から始まる１曲目からコーンの世界に浸れる。 確かに静かな曲が目立つが、低くて重いヘヴィーな音楽を堪能できる。 ジョナサンのボーカルの他、ギター、ベース、ドラムのサウンドも１流なので、重いロックサウンドが好きなリスナーにはお勧め出来るアルバムである。
