4th replacement in 3 months. Terrible quality.
I am currently on my 4th replacement in three months for this cooktop because of poor quality. The first unit I got kept getting an error on one of the burners, the second cooktop only had half of the element working on the largest burner. The third cooktop was broken when I received it (glass) and the fourth cooktop has the same problem as the second. I am now in the process of sending the fourth one back. I am demanding a refund because of all this run around and they are not helpful at all. They insist that the next one will be better but alas, it never is. save your money and spend a little extra on a good quality one. Avoid this hassle.

Beware of product
Does not work right. Some of the burners turn off while cooking and big burner doesn’t work at all. Tried calling no one answers and sent e-Mail three times no answer
