Configuration
The first one I received did not work. I requested a new product and 3 days later it was here. Plugged it into my kertme neon lights, and it lit up. I used the remote that came with it and quickly realized the colors didn't match the remote and no red was available. I disconnected 4 prong connector inside lights and made sure I had a good connection to each wire inside. Plugged it back in and then I had red, but the colors still did not match remote. I downloaded the app and played with it. One of the choices in the app was to configure RGB pins. So i played around with that and the remote until the colors finally matched the remote choices. I wish the remote and Bluetooth extended a little further. You have to be within 3 feet of power supply for the remote and 10 feet with Bluetooth in order for them to work. With the app you can set the lights to music. It's a neat feature but I've tried different genres of music and the light effect seems the same. Nice feature but one would think there would be more variation between country, metal, and pop.

Excelent controller replacement
I got this to substitute for my broken controller (different model and different light string). I had to adapt the connection to match my lights and it worked better than expected. The only down side is that the blue tooth signal is weak having to be no more than 5 feet from it to be controlled and I not Alexa compatible, only van be controlled from the app. I don't know about water proof capabilities yet. Colors are not in the same way controlled as previous device but is way brighter.

The controller works great... Once you figure out that the WIRING IS NOT STANDARD! I went through two of these and 6 Triac transistors before finally getting it to work correctly.The black wire is VCC+, Red wire controls the blue LED, Green wire controls the red LED, and the Blue wire controls the green LED. If you aren't EXTREMELY careful while connecting you LED rope or strip lights you will destroy the unit. The remote control is pretty standard and doesn't provide much in the way of RGB control. The app LED BLE connects better than Lotus Lantern and both could use some touching up. Overall... It works...

Great Value, works well, Blue Tooth Range is short, fragile when installing
These work well for the really long runs with the AC strings.I love how you can sync an entire system with using multiple controllers. I synced 6 of these together and the colors are Seamlessly synced with color changes, I.e. sweeps or strobe with 7 colors. Warning, there is no protection circuit. If the wire leads short, the unit is trashed. Also works with very long runs, I have over 300 ft on one of the strings. Note, the units need to be installed nearby to properly sync via Bluetooth. The range is very low, maybe 10-15ft at most. I installed all 6 on the same wall. I now install these everywhere. They will also start up where they were left off if you use a separate switch to turn on and off. They remain synced when power is interrupted and restarted. Great value, they really need a protection circuit so the electronics don’t fry so easily.

The remote control is not working properly you push green and turns blue in order to get green you have to push purpleHow can I get a replacement control that works properly???

Controller is NOT BLUETOOTH / WIFI ready as advertised
This item was not and is not BLUETOOTH capable.. Item pictured shows BLUETOOTH.. Item received says LED controller and is not WIFI or bluetooth ready.. scam possibly.. doubt its a mis-pick after reading reviews and complaints of it not working

Bluetooth and remote has worst connection
main reason i bought this is to control my rgb strip that is out side on my porch by using the app but there r 2 problems ...1 is i have iphone 13 on that i cant connect the controller thru app .2 is i have 3 year ipad on that i can connect the controller thru app but the range is just 1 ft or 2 ft and i cant control remote or app from my home i have to be out side and front of the controller ... and 2 ft range.. returning this maybe i have got faulty product
