Way overpriced, pinches terribly.
I made the mistake and took a chance on this. The design is simply stupid. The thought may have had merit, but the development, the execution of the idea a ridiculous failure. It is almost impossible to get on without pinching. It is built like a watchband strap made of plastic and you have to pull the strap 90 degrees from your penis using serious force. It is painful. Then you fold over the Velcro-like strap back over, while holding it tight, hoping it doesn't pull on your pubic hair. Even at $5 it would be a complete waste of money. I have tried five different devices and the Weisner Clamp, with some modification, has worked the best. This Pacey Cuff, in my opinion, is just aweful.

PACEY Penile Clamp brings new hope
I forgot I had this device, and kinda accepted nothing works. So today I wore, it all day. Not one drop leaked. Is this for real? Last night, I choose not to wear bedtime diapers, and again I was dry. For the first time, I went out in public with no pads, no diaper, and prayed for miracle. I had to let it work in public and the fear of no protection was eased by the PACEY being so solid. Not a drop. Thank you PACEY for changing my way of life, and I'll be upgraded to new model.

Poor Quality
I've had this product for about two months. In my case, it did not stop the leakage problem completely, which I found very disappointing after spending what I thought was a rather large sum of money for the device. Even more disappointing though was the fact that the "retaining" loop broke after about five weeks of use making the device VERY HARD to use. The end result is after two months I no longer use the device and wish I would have saved my money.

Makes life with some incontinence a lot easier
The Pacey Cuff has cut down pad usage to 1 or 2 a day. It took some getting used too but is as easy as putting on a wrist watch. It takes some getting used to but once you get into a routine it almost becomes 2nd nature. The only thing I would like to see is a little longer tab on the piece you slip under when fastening to the Velcro.

Which device is best?
If you are reading this, you are looking for help with your leakage. And you have looked at the several external “clamps” that are available on Amazon. And you are confused because the customer ratings for each of these devices ranges from very positive to very negative. Which to buy? I am a retired physician. This doctor’s advice: you must try these yourself — probably several of them — because what works varies so much from man to man. It’s a very personal choice. I doubt that even your urologist will suggest to you the “best” (mine didn’t even mentioned these, rather went immediately to discussion of surgically implanted “sphincter”). I’ve tried two external devices: (1) first the Wiesner, which was a revelation that these things could help, gave me a new lease on life, but became uncomfortable; and this (2) Pacey Cuff, which is amazingly comfortable and effective for me. I have been using it now for several months. It takes some continuous adjusting to get it placed correctly. One must be sure the pad is just right to effectively occlude the urethra. Some days, I forget I have this on. Some days, I have less success. I can’t image than any of these devices is perfect. The key is using one, and patience! But don’t take my word that the Pacey is “best”: try several for yourself. I do think it is the most sensible design.

Fit the cuff correctly as it is very important but is not hard to accomplish
The device worked to stop leakage the first time I used it. I was somewhat surprised. My leakage is limited however when I take long walks that is when I have the problem. The cuff stopped all leakage during these walks.

Don’t buy
Very disappointed didn’t work at all. Leaked like I didn’t even have it on. Looked very cheap material for the price. The box looked more expensive then the product. Save your money and time.

Perfect
My husband decided to try this as it looked more comfortable than any of the others on the market he has no complaints.
