Quite an easy installation with perfect results. Having the hot water tapped in makes it so nice and the temperature control mixes the hot and cold well. A roll of teflon tape was included but I preferred my own.One required purchase would be toilet seat bumpers, otherwise the seat will not sit flat. The bidet is 1/2" thick so size your bumpers accordingly.As an additional caution because of the new hoses I purchased water alarm sensors just in case something were to leak.

I am giving it 5 stars because it is worth 5 stars! Two of us have been using this product for years and even gave one for a housewarming gift to a friend. Before we had a home made hand held sprayer rigged up to the toilet but this is much more convenient and easy to use. The spray is a little strong but after the first use I figured it out. My husband installed it very easily. We live in a hot climate now so the cold water feels good. When we lived in a cooler climate I thought the cold water would bother me but I got used to it.

Been needing a bidet for some time, and I'm glad that this finally came.Easy to install if you can figure out the poorly detailed instructions. I had to install this basically twice as the diagrams were so jumbled and uncelar.Once I finally got it set up correctly, it does work as I needed it, too. The hot water function for some reason though does not adequately adjust the temperature. All that changes is the pressure for me so I need to adjust my actual water heater temperature to make this work comfortably without burning me.

This works fine and, unlike the less expensive models doesn't leak. The instructions were good enough for this non-handyman to get through the installation. Be sure to look at all the fittings and hoses as they are for different set-ups to have the correct combinations rather than assuming they are redundant parts.

One of the most fragile and cheap product. I've order the first unit and while I was tightening, cold water supply got broked. I thought I might went little too tight. I spoke to customer support. I got partial refund which isn't bad. I'd order another unit for my mom. This time I was very very careful. But just with a slight turn cold water line got broked. I was so nervous to screw the other pipe this time since I had already struggled to put everything together I wasn't willing to take it out and return. I hooked it up with hot water line but used cold water. I've noticed it too wobbly. I'm scared that it may broke some time. My recommendation to all- this things are so helpful to stay hygiene but please don't buy this cheap product. I don't know how this item got 5 ratings from some of'm. I don't go with the rating. Please trust me, it's very cheap and easy to break.

The product is great, but minus two stars for the awful instructions. I had these two little O rings that didn't seem to belong anywhere and weren't labeled. I figured it out, but they should have at least been on the parts list.Don't start with the water valves, like the instructions show. Start with the bidet itself so you can see what you're doing. You have to unscrew the nuts and slide them on the pu tube and then screw them back on. You want the tube connected in a big u to the underside of the control so you don't accidentally cut it too short. Install it under your current toilet seat. The instructions are clear about emptying the toilet tank and connecting it at the wall, but there wasn't enough room under my tank, so both tubes had to go under my sink, nbd, drill a couple holes in the vanity, whatever. Then start doing your adapter stuff. Definitely take advantage of the plumber's tape they include.You have to reverse engineer it so you don't flood your bathroom, but that's not what it looks like in the instructions.

This item was inexpensive, easy to install, and after months of use, still works like a charm.I installed this in one of my guest bathrooms. I am not very handy but installation was easy and I completed the whole "job" in 15 minutes. My house guests who have used this have thanked me. The only thing to be careful about (as others have noted) is the sudden and powerful pressure when using the dial-control. We learned to stay at the "Low" setting as anything higher causes discomfort.

I'm almost 70 years old and this is one of the greatest purchases I have ever made. After 70 years of having to wipe my butt and then finding this wonderful product that does that for me is AMAZING. I know people don't go around talking about wiping their Butt, but in my case I have told all my close friends about this product and almost all have placed an order. I just think everyone should have one.
