Say you can update it but there’s no usb port on it like the user Manuel says there is, only reads codes half the time and only does a partial live data stream Dosent read abs codes or anything other than engine related codes wouldn’t buy again I’ll save my money and get the better one next time

I got this scanner to check my car's engine light without going to a mechanic. I wanted something simple for basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.This scanner really offers a lot for its size and price. It’s easy to use; just plug it into the OBD port and it shows codes clearly. The live data viewing is especially helpful. I like how it helped me pinpoint a sensor issue quickly. The screen is bright and easy to read, which makes everything straightforward. Plus, having multiple languages available is a nice touch. It lives up to my needs and I appreciate the real-time data it tracks without any fuss.It’s not as advanced as the high-end tools out there. If I needed deep diagnostics or manufacturer-specific codes, I’d have to look for a different option. But for basic checks and reading codes, this works well for me. I’ve used this over the past few weeks, and think the quality of it is quite nice, and very reasonably priced considering what you get. Reads my codes well and easy to reset them. There is no battery as it is powered by the ODB2 port, so it ALWAYS works without worry about charge level! Although better alternatives do exist out there, they often cost more. This option met my expectations and I view it as an excellent value.

I use this to clear codes and check whether my vehicle is ready to be smog tested. This small unit is very durable and easy to use. The display is large and easy to read. The buttons are durable. The data presented is accurate and this unit is compatible with all of my vehicles. I'm very impressed with the price and functionality of this unit. I highly recommend it and will be using it for a long time on my vehicles.
