The RevMark starter kit is the perfect way to sample the RevMark line. The 3 standard tip markers are perfect for writing on concrete, cement, brick, or any construction surface. The 3 Ultra Fine tip markers are made for precision writing like woodworking. The white ink marker is great for any dark surfaces like metals, pipes, etc. All the markers come with our patented holster cap that clips on your belt, or slips in your pocket, so you marker is always by your side. This also allows you to take the cap off with one hand. Made in the USA.

Not just a gimmick, it keeps ink in tip
Two years ago a friend of mine came at me with a conspiracy theory that Sherpies clip tip-up because it makes the ink settle to the bottom of the felt making you think its dead early (He also said the crap clip in Sharpies was intentional to make you lose them, but, IDK, thats hard to debate.) I thought this was kind of silly so I set aside 10 new sharpies half tip up and tip down, then three months later did a writing test. To my surprise Tip Down outperformed tip-up.The tips in these markers are not fantastic, but the over all design of keeping the tip down at least makes me "feel" like i', getting more life out of these markers when clipped to my tool belt. Its a good design, and that alone makes me a returning customer. Its just ink, felt, and plastic... Glad to see someone "innovating."

Marking on metal
UPDATE: Changed my rating to ONE STAR. These markers and nothing more than a marketing ploy with a gimmick cap. These markers are NOT in any way, worth the cost. Standard point markers (particularly the white one) simply don't hold up or last. After two days of carrying the white standard tip in my shop apron, and using it, the marker simply won't mark any longer. The tip flattened out, became "ragged", and unusable. Typical "Sharpie" markers are far superior in both price and durability. If want to waste your money on a gimmick, then this is what you want...... if you want a marker that actually works on metal, and can be counted on, buy the Sharpie silver ink markers.Standard tip is good, the Ultra Fine tip IS NOT. I primarily mark on metal, the standard tip version on these markers work well for that, but the ultra fine tip markers are simply not a good choice for the same function. The caps are more of a gimmick than anything..... they do not fit tightly/securely, and any jostling with a marker in your pocket means the marker is often lost. Unless you make very certain that you press the cap on tightly, the markers "dry out" fast. Overall, for the money paid for these versus "Sharpie" markers, they are not worth the extra cost. The silver "sharpie" markers are cheaper and have a better cap to marker fit, close more securely, and are a better bang for the buck.

Great markers.
I have used these for some time to mark AC units and leave notes for other techs. The last a long time and are more UV resistant than other markers I have tried.

I have been giving these as gifts to the people in my life who build or create projects. They live up to their hype and are easy to use and just so handy!

Great for marking engine parts
very handy to have clipped to a tool bag or your belt. they dont work so well clipped to your front shirt pocket. so far the markers have succesfully written on engine parts and partialy wet surfaces with good results. the regular marker tips are very fine to begin with the "fine point" markers are almost pen thin. just describing so you get the tip that you want.

Really like these markers
They write on anything and are always ready to write because it's inverted. The clip is very good at keeping the marker at the ready. I've ordered more of these.
