Soooo disappointed! Waited an extra day since they combined my Subscribe and Save packages even though I am a long standing Prime customer. Then when it finally arrived, I set it up, downloaded app and set that all it up. The next morning the digital screen was not working and I even changed the batteries. Now I have to ship it back, delete the app and start over shopping for a new scale.

My first gripe was that I was sent the wrong product. This was resolved, but I was surprised that I could not change the weight from Kilos, which wasn't terrible but certainly not ideal. The scale itself seems well made.The app associated with the scale has not worked at all in the last few months. It worked the first few weeks, and now crashes every time I attempt to open, I've tried to trouble shoot on the team tech side with no success. So, now I'm stuck with a scale that has features I can't even use. Very disappointing. I would never recommend this particular product.

The scale itself works well but the app is very frustrating! Everytime I use it, it changes my phone settings so my phone screen won't shut off unless I go into the settings and then restart my phone. It also takes quite a while before it will actually transfer the info from the scale to the app. The directions and app are also written in very poor English.

Android application does not work ~ shame on you.

Love the look of the scale and on Amazon it has great reviews but before purchasing read the reviews for the "keep cute app that is supposed to sync to this scale! In your app store/marketplace the app itself has horrible reviews. I wish I would have known this before I purchased because the app does not work the way it is advertised. It crashes and freezes up my phone every Time I try to open it. I will be returning the scale!
