Perfect for hiking the Narrows
We used these socks to hike The Narrows at Zion National Park, along with mesh sneakers with good tread we already had. The socks kept our feet warm and comfortable, and fit inside our regular sneakers even though they were of course a bit more snug.I purchased the size S for both me and my 9-year-old daughter. I wear a US women’s size 7.5 and she wears a youth size 4-4.5/women’s size 5-5.5. The S fit us both well as they have a lot of stretch, though I feel like we were likely each at the outside edge of the range it would fit. My husband wears a US size 12 wide and fit in the XL, though it was somewhat difficult to get them on. The S was too big for my 7-year-old to comfortably wear in his youth size 2 shoes (too many folds/wrinkles), so we got a different brand for him that carried an XS.I’m glad I bought these for the trip rather than renting footwear. This was a lot cheaper and seemed to work just as well for the distance we could reasonably go with the kids.

EXCELLENT!
These are thin enough to wear as socks under hiking boots for sloshing the Narrows in Zion. Warm and waterproof with smooth, undetectable stitching. I wouldn't wear them alone on pavement or rocky surfaces because there's no sole and although neoprene is tough, it's not THAT tough. The size chart was spot on: Woman's 7 was a Medium and Men's 7 was Large.

Narrows must!
These socks saved our feet on the Narrows hike in Zion last week! We started the hike in water around 6am. We braved ourselves for the cold waters, but somehow we felt comfortable and I think it has to do with the socks, because the moment the water hit our shins we could feel it was a lot colder then the socks led us to believe. I highly recommended everyone get some and avoid renting the special boots. I just wore my water proof boots, and my friends wore water shoes with their socks. — also special note, we recommend bringing your own hiking pole. We bought some that did not fit in our carry on, so we planned to rent some. Unfortunately the rent shop did not open until 7am. Luckily!! There are kind folks that leave sticks at the start of the hike. We were so grateful because the poles made the hike a lot more comfortable. If you do not want to take a chance, be sure to rent the day prior to your hike. I hope you get there early, because it gets crowded by 8am!!

Size chart follows high end.
Well made, very thick and warm. Super comfortable. The sizing is a little weird tho.I wear a womens 7. Ordered a medium, which should fit 6.5-8But sinze its neoprene it definitely seems like its made for an 8 in the medium. So if youre going by their size chart, each size would fit the larger number perfectly.

Great fit and awesome price
Such a great deal! Bought 3 pair for my kids & husband. The XL fits my husband’s men’s size 13 foot. Size small is a good fit for my daughter’s women’s size 6 and my women’s size 8.5. The size Large fits my son’s men’s size 8 well. We used them for kayaking and they were just great!

for winter
I wear these with my minimalists running shows in the winter. I run in snow, freezing temps and my feet stay warm with wool socks as my base, these booties and then my minimalists running shoes. When it is wet and in the 40's F or there is melting ice and snow, I wear these and slosh through wet fields running and as long as I keep running, my feet stay fairly warm, even when wet. I have to replace them about once a year, but I run a lot.

Great for the Narrows at Zion National Park
Bought these for the family to wear at the Narrows. The medium, large, and x-large sizes are pretty true to size, and even a size 13 foot was able to comfortably fit in the xl. They are thin enough to wear in hiking shoes without being too tight. They held up in the river and took the edge off the water temperature. No need to buy the more expensive neoprene socks!
