For the money this is a very useful and durable tool. The belt pocket for it already lost a few stitches so it sags on my belt due to lack of support from the loop. But the tool itself is very useful and I like how the tools open out without having to open the pliers. Also the pliers are super handy and I use the pliers a lot. I have a farm and this is a good tool at a great price.12/04/15 Another great thing about this tool, the pliers again. Do you know that brass drain knob on the inside of the house just before the outdoor faucets that you drain to get ready for winter? That little brass knob fits this plier tool nicely with little metal slit grip-etchings that snuggle against that small brass drain knob to tighten or loosen. Perfect for the outdoor faucets. Those knobs have to be nice and tight or you get drips, and that means a lot of friction to loosen. The pliers do the trick!

I bought this with the idea that I might use it in an emergency. I am always on the go and occasionally, I find myself in situations where I need a certain tool, but am forced to try to use whatever I happen to have on hand when the right tool would get the job done quick and easy. Since I don't want to lug around a toolbox, I thought the Multitool Deluxe would give me what I was looking for in a size that was compact enough to slip inside my purse.This tool has everything you need to prepare yourself for any situation that you might encounter whether you're in the kitchen, on the road or backpacking in the wilderness. Since I received it in the mail a couple of days ago, I've already had 5 occasions to use it. It's a substantial, well-made tool. In my view, everyone should have one which is why I'm planning to give this to a number of people on my Christmas list.

I previously said this was an "okay" tool. I kept this in my work bag since I first got it 8 months ago. Never had to use it until last night. I did not have any other tools, and used this as an "emergency tool", exactly what I bought it for. Well as you can see in the pics it completely broke right in half. and it looks like it is steel plated, or dipped. The inside "guts" is a different material than the steel on the outside, as you can clearly see in the photo.

This is a great example of finding a genuinely good value at such a low price. I was pleasantly surprised at the workmanship and quality of this full-sized multi-tool. At this modest price point, the tool's action is smooth like you'd expect from a Leatherman. The tools nested within the handles are a little challanging to deploy, not because they were too tightly secured, but because it's hard to fit my fingers securely enough to pull them out. But once I got the hang of it, I found this unit reliable enough to tackle routine jobs around the house. Why, even the sizable knife blade sharpened up with just a few strokes from my sharpening steel. (Note that none of the tools lock in place.) All in all, makes me want buy another for the car. Or as stocking stuffers. Very, very highly recommended.

This MULTITOOL is good for giveaways, I would not bet my life on the performance of this thing. Out of the box I found ALL of the edges that had functions of cutting were quite dull and required serious reshaping with a file. I didn't bother doing that. This is gonna go along with a giveaway prize. There's also a serious flaw with the wire cutter. the cutting surfaces merely go past one another like scissors or snips, without contact and do not provide any cutting mechanics. You get what you pay for. So I'll put it as 3 stars on Amazon. You may get some use with the other tools.

We bought three of these multitools--one each for our two sons and one for our son-in-law! They were extremely pleased with them and commented on the exceptional quality of the product and the number of tools provided. They all loved the carrying case and felt that it would make the tools more easy to access. It turned out to be an excellent Xmas present!

The first time this was used to cut a standard size wire, it broke, as in the handle bent and the metal BROKE. It is brand new and it cannot be used! The pouch to attach it to your belt is also a piece of junk. The nylon webbing pulled out the first time we tried to slide the belt through it. Don't waste your money on this multitool.

I really like the tool and had to hunt for some complaints. Acutely not complaints but suggestions. The thumb slot on the serrated knife is a little hard to get to and i would like to have scissors there instead. But it looks wicked for a multi tool so thumbs up!
