This sauerkraut is so good. Amazing on brats too.

I love sauerkraut, heck I can eat it just as is (lol). I would not recommend a brand I did not like. I find this delicious, crisp, and very sauerkrauty (lol). Highly recommend.

This is my favorite sauerkraut that isn't specially made in the US for a restaurant or at home. It's so crispy and tangy. I think it's because they keep it refrigerated. It's the closest of the commercially made products that I've had to what we used to eat while living in Germany. A bratwurst, some sauerkraut and potatoes and it's a tady flash from the past.

Best sauerkraut you can find on here. The cabbage is actually crisp. Closest thing to new York deli style on here.

Claussen Premium Crisp Sauerkraut, is excellent. Comes I a glass jar. They say you should not but sauerkraut in a plastic bag . Why the acids eat away at plastic and tin. Makes sense. Silver Floss is also an excellent brand to buy.

This sauerkraut is not quite as good as my Mom's. She CHOPPED the cabbage rather than shredding. BUT, this is as near to perfect, healthy sauerkraut as I have found. Thanks
