The product came with a slightly broken shelf and the company sent me a replacement right away. The humidor itself works very well, but the direct airflow of the fans can dry out the wrappers. This seems to be common in other humidors too. The easy fix is to cover, box, or bag your cigars. Humidity is easily maintained and I hardly ever have to add water once filled. Would recommend.
