I've had this product for almost a year and I've been very pleased. The product came with a slightly broken shelf and the company sent me a replacement right away. The humidor itself works very well, but the direct airflow of the fans can dry out the wrappers. This seems to be common in other humidors too. The easy fix is to cover, box, or bag your cigars. Humidity is easily maintained and I hardly ever have to add water once filled. Would recommend.

I love this unit, you can actually set up the humidity, very rare on this units, so that featute is amazing! I comes with beautiful wooden trays.

So after a few months with it, it works great. I’m actually about to order another one because I need more space. I go for this one because the water tray is small. The competitors are the size of a shelf. You don’t need that much space for water. So this one is a couple cups and it gives a lot more storage. I hope they always keep these in stock because this is a great humidor 490 cigars is a stretch, 400 with your average size cigars and you will still have good circulation. I was going to buy a 2nd of these but I bought a newair 1500 off a friend that upgraded to a racking tower humidor, comparing the two. I would take this, the temp and humidity is so far off on the newair. I’ll calibrate it and hopefully it can meet this humidors standard.

Humidor arrived in good condition. The seller actually sent me a message prior to the arrival of the humidor with instructions for proper setup. That seemed unusual to me. But I reached to customer support for some help with the cooling settings. I talked to a person on the phone who helped me work it out, and followed up with emails to make sure that I was happy. I really can't say enough about their customer service. They exceeded my expectations. After following the instructions, I plugged in the humidor and let sit empty for 24 hours. The temperature and the humidity were stabilized within 2 hours. The unit itself is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for cigars. I'm nowhere near the 270 count but I think there is plenty of room to get there. Overall, this is exactly what I wanted. Set it and forget it. I still check regularly, but it always where I set it. The bottom line is, my cigars are noticeably better with controlled humidity and temperature.

Such an amazing product. Easy to set up, just fill the water box, set your desired temperature and let it roll. Definitely my new focal point in my cigar area.

I’ve had for the better part of a year now and I’ll have to say I’m satisfied with my purchase. My only issue with it is the light is practically useless so I have started to use battery powered led strips around the door frame and though it’s a small issue, is the settings used to set temp and humidity can be one or two off what they actually are. To solve this, I have simply set the setting one or two numbers higher or lower depending on what your actual readings are. In the beginning, there were some unpleasant smells. I’m sure it was plastics in the electrical components. I tried every trick in the book to remove the smell. Left the door open, newspaper inside, charcoal, baking soda, wiped with vinegar, etc. You get the idea. Naturally, I was worried about putting thousands of dollars worth of cigars in there and potentially have them tainted with the plastic scent. One day I decided to just gamble with it. Not only did it not affect the taste, the cigars scent made the plastic smell go away. I still recommend letting it run for a few days open to try to rid some of the smell but I can definitely say my cigars have turned out fine. Though I still to this day leave a bowl of activated charcoal on one of the shelves. Overall for the price I’m pretty happy with how it turned out and I think it’s a great affordable option for those with want a easy way of taking care of their cigars.
