Extremely dry, in a bad way, tough to chew
This was my first day ages beef. I was trying to find a smaller cut since I live alone and this was one of the only ones I could find. I was pretty excited to try it but it was terrible. Im sure dry aged is an aquired taste but I'm pretty open to new things and I couldn't finish eating it. My biggest complaint, and maybe this is why you can't find small cuts, is the whole thing was dry through and through. It was so dry you couldn't chew it, it was not from cooking. The way it looked overly dry and tough raw was the same way it was cooked. If I try dry aged again I'll go with a bigger cut and will try a different butcher. I tried eating this, ending up spitting it out after 4 bites and threw away the rest. Disappointing

To warm to keep
I really need to stop buying meat from Amazon. It just takes too long to get here and has gotten way too warm to keep. I just can't keep throwing away expensive meat.
