Excellent! Three pieces of you need to wear them. I chose not to wear the hip band. I can adjust accordingly to fit my clothing. Pre pregnancy weight 167. Post pregnancy 142. Purchased XL and have to really tighten for a fit because I was smaller than expected after birth.

I like this product because it comes with three adjustable pieces, which is great for postpartum abdominal support, especially after a c-section. However, the quality is questionable as the plastic boning of the pieces were starting to warp and bend on me after one week of wear. Two of the three pieces come with the plastic boning and in both pieces, one bone poked out through the fabric. I did not want to purchase another belly band/corset, so stuck with this, but would also have to keep pushing the bones back in. It eventually became so uncomfortable, I stopped using it. I am not sure if maybe I just got a bad set, but I eventually went on to purchase a new set that looks identical to this one, but from a different seller. I have gotten much better use out of the new one with no warping or pieces poking through.

This is an OK item but for me the, it was uncomfortable. The boning in the first part that you are supposed to wear became bent after 1 week and after trying to constantly straighten out I have to say that I gave up. Between the sleepless nights and general delivery recovery, it was just too much for me. If you have the determination to use this then it is a good product for the price. Unfortunately, I wasn't comfortable and couldn't wear for the recommended 10 hours/day. I'm 5 ft tall and maybe my torso was also too short for it. Worth a try but return if you don't like it on the first day. I waited too long and wore it so I had to stick with it.

Found it really difficult to strap on since it was so stiff. I wasn't able to pull it tight enough so that the function was actually effective... The only time I felt it was effective was when I asked my husband to tighten it for me.

Absolutely love! Put on 3 days after giving birth and still wearing it 2 1/2 months later!! Has helped my stomach flatten tremendously!

I loved this set of belts! They were great for my postpartum recovery. I highly recommend this to new moms wanting to get their body back.
