Typical Amazon bait and switch
This is not a Mercury filter. It was in a plain plastic bag with no labeling. I bought this believing it was a factory Mercury filter, but it isn't. It still fits and works, but I am disappointed that it was labeled as Mercury and sent as an aftermarket filter. Had I known that, I would have just ordered the aftermarket to begin with and saved a few dollars. Getting really tired of the bait and switch that has become typical of Amazon.

The fuel filter for my Mercury 150 worked perfectly for me. The dealer was out of the filter & boy was I glad. The Mercury filter on Amazon was $12 cheaper.
