The case comes clean, fully charged, and looks nice. So far its had no issues and the charge is fairly quick. The case is a bit heavy if you are used to having a naked phone, but all in al the case is slim. The Case also feels like it holds the phone very securely which is a great plus. Love it so far!

This product is advertised as having 8500mAh capacity. I bought one recently and it achieves maximum 1 full charge plus another approx. 20% for an iPhone 7 plus...this phone has a 2900mAh capacity so would expect the battery to deliver at least deliver 2.5x full charges..this has not been my experience. Also, the case has a rattle (loose battery within it)...quite heavy but had expected that given the large capacity advertised.

Case plugs into lightening sockets and extends that again to its own lightening socket at bottom of case. All switches and camera holes give plenty of space. The apple logo is covered. When plugged into charger, both the case battery and phone battery are charged and a button on the case can be pressed on and off to decide whether the case charges the phone or not.Last about 3x full recharges. Downside is that is is heavy and your nice light iphone becomes a phone from the 1980's. But its either that or using those separate power packs which are messy when charging stood up in a train for example. This is much lazier option. However, it also makes you lazy too not to charge as often.Great for 'days out' or long journeys. Now you can use your 4K video and not worry about how to navigate back home!

It’s alright, however it is very bulky and adds a significantly amount of width and weight to the phone. In other cases this would be fine, however, since this case promises a 8000 mAh battery, I haven’t seen that at all. All I’ve seen is it requiring a recharge after 1.5-2 full charges of my iPhone 7 Plus, which has a 2900 mAh battery. Which means this has a 5800mAh battery at best. Other than that, it’s better than the others so far I’ve tried on amazon if you’re alright with the amount of weight it adds to your phone. I will update my review if it stops working as the other ones have.

This case for the iPhone 7 plus fits snug, has a simple yet stylish appearance, and has a good solid feel to it. sound comes thru the speaker ports with minimal sound degradation and the operation buttons retain a good feel to them. the on/off slider is still easily accessible with my fingernail. the case has a thin rubberized texture to it that I imagine will dent fairly easily if dropped, but as long as it protects the phone, then that's part of it's purpose. I don't intend to use the included glass screen protector as I prefer a matte screen protector, so no comment on that except it was nice that is was included with the battery case. I've attached a metal plate to the back so I can mount it to my car's magnetic CD holder and also spigen's kickstand. overall the case does add some bulk to the phone but no more than to be expected for any battery case. runtime appears to be good, but I've only used the charger once so far. this is my first experience with alpatronix, but not likely to be my last. highly recommend this battery case!

The size and weight is great considering it has a 8500mah battery attached. The phone slides in easy. What I’m disappointed in is the battery, it won’t even give my phone a full charge before it’s depleted. The previous case I had was also 8500mah from a different brand and charged my phone nearly 3 times. I guess price isn’t always everything, pay for a budget case and you get what you pay for. The charge port doesn’t hold a cable properly and often falls out making charging the case a pain. It’s outside the returns period but have had the case less than six months and would like a replacement.

I purchased this product with high hopes and it delivered for about a week or two then it just stopped working I couuldn't charge my phone with it but I could charge the case. Therefore I thought it was my phone but it wasn't so I emailed the seller to exchange my product as I thought that I drew the sort straw and it was only my product that was defective. After recieving the new product I was overjoyed it worked perfectly but yet again it stopped working . I have emailed the seller explaining what happended and asked for a refund but still haven't recieved a reply.It's such a shame because this product actually was actually incredible when it is working it was able to fully recharge my phone's battery and it wasn't too bulky. I am just annoyed at the poor customer service HETP has delivered thus hope by writing a complaint they would actually solve my issue.

This is the worst iphone case i have ever bought!!!, stay away, it only charges when you plus it in to a power source then take it back out and put the power button on!, even then you only get about 20 minutes of charge before you have to plug it in and out again this case is so frustrating and the worst part one day after i got it it started peeling all iver the top so I couldn’t send it back!
