Would one bottle last one person for a week?

The recommended amount per adult is 35ml per full body application, so one bottle would do 5 full body applications. Hope this helps.

Their website says: Calypso SPF products meet all UVA and UVB standards and are rigorously tested to ensure their effectiveness. The star rating system was designed by Boots (retailer) and is not recognised as industry standard, nor is it regulated. The letters "UVA" inside a circle is a European industry standard marking, which is contained on all Calypso products.

Dry oil? I have a senaory child. Will this dry quick and feel less like cream?

It's a liquid that dried in a max of 15 minutes but it can give off fumes during that period so your child may have an issue. Also this is a lower than recommended SPF for children at 10 and 20. Calypso 30 and 50 are available in B&M and Home Bargains if you want to try it on your youngster.
